Refund policy

Every Delta-V Supply product is printed on demand, just for you. Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size selection. Please double-check your order before checking out.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of delivery at deltavsupply@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A photo of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged in transit)

No need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help.

Cancellations

Orders go to production quickly. You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund by emailing us. After that, your item may already be printing.
